How can I get involved in wrestling?
Getting involved in wrestling can be easy. Contact us today and we can help you get started in the right direction on joining a team or program.
Do I need any special equipment?
To start you don’t need any special equipment as programs will provide what you need. Wrestling shoes and headgear is the most common gear you would need if you decided to join.
How old do I have to be to start?
Ages can range from grades K-12. With the sport growing so fast, we see starting ages that vary at all levels.
